1. Check-in is from 3:00 p.m.; check-out is no later than 11:00 a.m. Earlier check-in or later check-out may be possible for a fee, subject to availability. Guests who remain beyond the agreed check-out time or delay our cleaning services are liable for all resulting costs and expenses.

2. Guests may not make reservations within their place of residence with BEYOND-Staying. Please contact us if you wish to book in your own place of residence.

3. Parties and excessive noise are not permitted, including on balconies or in common areas (e.g. corridors). Smoking is only permitted on balconies with windows and doors closed. Violations of the smoking ban will result in a fee of EUR 250 plus the costs of special cleaning and damage repair.

4. Commercial photography/videography without written permission, as well as illegal activities, are strictly prohibited.

5. Guests exceeding the number stated in the reservation are not permitted. We charge EUR 30 per night of the reservation for each unauthorised guest.

6. Animals are not permitted. Violations of our pet policy may result in an additional cleaning fee. Guests with assistance animals are asked to contact us before their stay.

7. Guests are responsible and liable for the costs of replacing lost keys, key cards, remote controls, or parking permits.

8. Noise level sensors are installed in all of our apartments to monitor excessive noise levels.

9. Video surveillance may be installed in public areas. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss within the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to our customer service.

10. By booking a reservation, guests agree to comply with the house rules. Guests who do not comply with the house rules are liable for any resulting damages, fees, costs, or expenses. Non-compliance may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction from the apartment without a refund.
